Just hanging around

Mom is trying to get me interested in my many toys and in tummy time. So far, I don't really care about either but I sure look cute. It's been brought to Mom's attention that this blog isn't updated enough, so here's some recent pics of me, Charlie Pants Denecke.

Out on the town

I went for ice cream with Auntie Lisa and to Wegman's. I said "hi" to Danny Wegman for Grammie (who has a secret crush on Mr. Wegman). I also went to church but M&D didn't bring their camera along for that. I got TWO blessings and managed to stay pretty quiet, it was a short homily!

Father's Day!!!

My dad is the best dad ever! For his first Father's Day we sat on the back porch with a beer and some pretzel bits (thanks Grammie!) Mom and I gave Dad a card since Mom doesn't get out much. I also gave Dad a special gift- wet pants! Super absorbent isn't as absorbent as you'd think!

Grammie and Pop Pop!!!

Wow! I got to meet my Grammie and Pop Pop last week. Mom and Dad lost the cord to the camera so I'm late with my posting! They sure to do love me and I love them. They are welcome to visit me anytime!

Resemblance?

I am SO excited to meet Grammy and Pop Pop today! So, while I'm acting like a drunken sailor whilst nursing, let's discuss who I look like. Here's what we've come up with so far:

Busy Days!

I had lots to do in the hospital...there was the bath, the hearing test (A, of course), the sleeping, even more eating, entertaining visitors, and enjoying my hands and my hat.

Welcome to the world Baby Charlie! Charles George Denecke, 8 lbs 13 oz, 22 inches, born at 3:12am this morning. Baby Charlie appreciated the extra 12 days in the oven. Mom did FANTASTIC!!
