Halloween & Fall Fun

My first Autumn, what fun! I especially liked those big orange balls, the candy, and of course, dressing up as Charlie Brown, that round-headed kid!

Feet, Tongue, and Lips

How can I know what something is if I don't put it in my mouth?

Denecke Cousins

Here's a pic of all of my cousins, four girls, then four boys, at Dominic's baptism!

Family Photo!

Janet and Dave came to town, along with their fancy camera and captured this family moment out on the front steps. Thanks to Dave for carving the pumpkin too!

4 Month Checkup!

Already time for my 4 month checkup and I am doing great, I barely minded my shots! I weigh 15 lbs 10 oz and I am 27 inches long (or is it tall?)...the Doctor predicts I will be tall and lean, where did I get that from?

Monsoon Wedding

Charlie was in good hands while we attended the best. wedding. EVER! and we only called to check on him a few times. Congratulations Meghan and Kevin!

Charlie meets the Cape!

Charlie's first trip to Cape Cod! We attended the best wedding ever (Congratulations Meghan and Kevin!) and Charlie enjoyed his day with Grammie, Pop Pop, and the Connells. Didn't get a chance to dip our toes in the ocean on account of Hurricane Kyle.

Mommy's Birthday

Mommy's sad return to work and Daddy's shaky start as Mr. Mom was punctuated by the happy occasion of Mommy's birthday. Not a bad cake for Day One as a stay at home Dad!

More Party

Thank you very much to everyone who came to meet me, special thanks to Mr. Potocky for covering the event.

Meet Connecticut!

Grammie and Pop Pop threw me a wonderful party and I got to meet a lot of nice people!

Vacation

Enjoyed my first trip to the Adirondacks, complete with dipping my toes in icy Lake Kielbasa (actually Kiwassa).

Baptism

I behaved very well for my baptism, even when Fr. Jim dunked me right into the font. Thanks to Uncle Jay and Aunt Maggie for being my godparents and don't I look great in my baptismal garment that Mommy and Grammy Jane wore. We had a great party as you can see by the impressive cheese board (Tx Uncle Jay), but I just had milk.

Cousins!!

I LOVE my big cousins (Andrew, Monica, Clare, and Davey)!!! They know how to play with a baby! I'm excited about not being the baby anymore too, thanks to my new cousin (and neighbor) Dominic!!

Auntie Heather!

Thanks to Auntie Heather for visiting, cooking, guest blogging, and enforcing tummy time!

Just Hanging Around!

Tummy Time!

Auntie Heather enjoyed watching Charlie imitate California surfers on his belly board. He's becoming quite the pro at tummy time and can roll onto one side by himself. He really likes playing with Sammy the Starfish and is able to reach and pull at the links.

First Pool Summer Fun!

Auntie Heather decided the blog needed some updating since Charlie is growing so quickly. He went for his first swim with Mom and Dad and was the toast of the pool in his swim trunks.
Lisa and Lucas were there to enjoy pool time with Charlie as well. It's a bit too soon to tell if Charlie is exhibiting signs of a future Michael Phelps but there is the Sea Dragon swim club down the street at Penfield High's pool.
